WHAT THE F**K ARE LOOKING AT?

CAUGHT YOU STARING

CAUGHT YOU STARING

DID THEY CONSENT TO THAT PICTURE YOU ALMOST GOT?

(TRICK QUESTION)

HOW TO NOT BE A CREEP

DO NOT BE CREEPY, IT IS IMPORTANT TO BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS’ PERSONAL SPACE AND BOUNDARIES. THIS MEANS NOT STARING, NOT FOLLOWING PEOPLE, AND NOT TOUCHING THEM WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. DON’T F**KING TOUCH PEOPLE. IT ALSO MEANS BEING AWARE OF YOUR OWN BODY LANGUAGE AND MAKING SURE THAT YOU ARE NOT COMING ACROSS AS THREATENING OR AGGRESSIVE.

DON’T BE A CREEP

BE A CATCH

HANG ON

WHEN WE SAY CATCH…

WE JUST MEAN A BASELINE DECENT PERSON WHO ISN’T OUT THERE PUMPING WEIGHTS AND HARASSING OTHERS.

IT’S NOT AN EXPECTATION. IT’S AN OBLIGATION.

Take our course on how to behave towards women in the gym.

Feeling eyes on you when you work-out is incredibly uncomfortable. I lose focus from my routine get thrown off my flow. So, when I catch someone taking a picture of me, it makes me feel unsafe and my happy-space quickly comes a space of harassment.

“Keep your eyes to yourself and focus on your own routine”

When I’m in the zone and catch a guy staring at me it’s awkward, embarrassing and makes me incredibly uncomfortable. It completely breaks my focus and every time it happens, I think about going at a different time or switching gyms altogether.

“Don’t approach me... I’m here to work-out”

I’ve come to the gym for one thing, and that’s to work-out… not to be hit on by random guys. When this happens, I always make up excuses on the spot for my own safety, but why should I have to? I then spend the next few weeks feeling awkward hoping I don’t bump into them.
